Hello. My family and I were dislocated by the fires. During our stay in fire shelters we had our identity stolen which left our credit damaged (verifiable). We had found a rental but now 8 months later we have to suddenly move due to toxic hazards and an open code case on the home that were undisclosed. We are looking for lender than would be willing to bridge a very short term while we await distribution of our retirement and approx 60-90 days until our credit finishes correcting and we can refi out if preferable. Our main concern is we have 2 young kids that already battle ptsd.
