Currently, own 1036 lots in Rio Rancho New Mexico with three other partners in a LLC. We borrowed a loan in August for $500,000 to complete a $1.3 million purchase of 1247 lots. We have since bought down the loan to $390,000 on the sale of lots. The terms of the loan are $5000 per month and 80% of each sale. I looking to buy out other partners and loan. I am projecting monthly sales of about $50,000.
