DCI focuses on helping people and business finance property outside of the traditional routes. We have many sources of investment and funding. So relying on large institutions is not necessarily he main source.
Over the past decade I've helped people with traditional and non traditional residential and commercial loans, private loans, and construction loans. After the 2008 crash I've seen a big flight back to the major banks. However I've seen many viable borrowers not able to obtain loans from these large institutions. I believe a big reason for that is simply not enough competition and private capital in our banking system.
As President and Broker, and a former economics major, I'm and advocate of development and or property ownership. I think responsible development allows small businesses, and local people, the social mobility they need to benefit the community.
So I think that people need to invest in their community's property as a step for for the community to improve. Home and business ownership is also a big part of that.
Today we see challenges for many Americans to obtain financing. But overtime, by working with many similar minds in my industry, it's my goal to help the mortgage industry rebuild and improve responsibly
