We fund all types of residential and commercial real estate loans which include acquisition, development, new construction, homes under construction, and loans to purchase bank notes. Borrowers include individuals, investors, corporations, partnerships, L.L.C.'s, trusts, and foreign nationals.
Our loan amounts range in size from $50,000 to $3,000,000. All loans are secured by first liens on Arizona real estate.
Our partners have over 70 years of combined private and hard money lending experience, having originated and funded over $4,200,000,000 in private and hard money real estate loans. Our experience includes the formation, structuring and successful management of 11 mortgage investment funds.
