Emergency questions and crisis situations (particularly regarding medical or mental health issues) should be directed immediately by telephone or in-person to qualified professionals (e.g., in the U.S., call 911). The Tutors are not the appropriate individuals to deal with such questions or situations. Your access to Tutors may include access to individuals or entities who prepare specific answers (“Tutor Answers”) to your submitted questions.
